The work focuses on understanding how proposals, evaluation plans or reporting materials align with funder expectations, logic and risk. Support is designed to strengthen what already exists, identify gaps or misalignment, and provide clear, proportionate recommendations that can be acted on quickly.We offer a small number of clearly scoped pieces of work, designed to provide practical value. These are typically delivered as a defined block of time, agreed in advance. Examples include: Bid readiness and sense‑checking against funding criteria; Draft review of funding bids, logic models or evaluation materials; Outcomes, indicators and metrics clarification; Reporting and evidence sense‑check; and also Light‑touch research or evidence synthesis to inform decisions

Focused, independent review for organisations working to live deadlines.We will provide funder‑aware scrutiny of a draft funding bid and proposed evaluation framework, helping to identify risks, gaps and misalignment before submission.
